Very disappointed at the attitude of the administration. I was living in South Africa for work and ended up leaving at the beginning of the month. I had informed the instructor this would be my daughters last month. There is barely ever anyone in the office, hence, I could not speak to the admin in person. I understand I was supposed to make a written request but I forgot to do so. I pleaded for them to overlook it as I would no longer be in the country. They refused and threatened to escalate to their legal team. Very unfortunate that they deal this way for a couple of hundred Rands. Otherwise, our dealing with the instructors has been phenomenal.

Great environment for babies, toddlers and adults alike to get accustomed to being in the water and learning to swim. Trainers are experienced and patient to assist all ages.

We looked for a Swimming School for our youngest Daughter and saw this place over and over in our online searches. But we could never get around to actually going to check it out. Out of frustration over months wasted because of our own indecision I called them and set up a trial lesson. They are FANTASTIC. In situations like these for me my daughters development comes second to her actually enjoying the environment and activity because shes still very young.Im happy to say there is no compromise here. The lessons are concise, effective and importantly enjoyable. Im thrilled and thankfully so is our Daughter.

My little 7 year old granddaughter has gained so much confidence in the pool now its unbelievable. The service from office to the coaches is incredibly. I will gladly recommend Roberts swimming academy to other people.
