Rental tribunal was of no help, the commissioner addressed an ubfair case where 1 party had a lawyer and the opposition did not, also sided with the landlord because the lawyer and commissioner were friends, forced us to move out in a month because the tenant went on short time during level 4 lockdown

Impossible to get any assistance because nobody answers any number you call and nobody responds to any emails. This has delayed my home purchasing process dramatically Im not sure who they help or what service / purpose they serve when they are permanently unreachable 👎

Government Departments dont answer at all. You be lucky if they do.

This organisation does not take phone calls. The number advertised is not answered
