Good environment to shop in. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. I would recommend shopping here. Prices are great and not expensive considering the store is located adjacent to Porsche in Umhlanga. The range is wide so there chances of not finding what you want is slim.

The first thing you note is the friendly man to greet you at the entrance with hand sanitizer and specials. He will also provide you with a trolley if you have forgot it. There are lots of friendly staff on the store floor. All very eager to help and work hard to help. The store is neat and tidy with lots if interesting products. PLEASE NOTE PHOTOGRAPHY IS PROHIBITED. Even if there isnt a sign stating that photography is not allowed. I have been ejected from the store as I believe that we should informed a rule before it can be enforced and then I was LIED to that there is a sign, until I asked to see the sign. Furthermore a business who has a rule that no photography is allowed should really worry about what that says about them and I wish to know what they want to hide. I have agreed after been asked to delete the photos. Thus I can not share any photos with you.

Hazel was very helpful and went out of her way to give advice, assist me to the car, etc. In fact, I always have a pleasant welcome. Including from the gentleman near the entrance, who has a nice relaxed sense of humor too.

Whenever I need good quality plastic products, I only ever support Just Plastics in The Crescent. Their service is as excellent as the quality and variety of their products. Im always greeted with lovely smiles, and when I leave, Im told to have a fun plastics day. I will always be loyal to this business. Thank you Just Plastics for being there for me. You are the best.

Fantastic service today from the staff they had everything we asked for the shop assistant was meticulous in checking that there was no damaged pieces and everything was there that we ordered. Love the goodbye slogan bit of fun. Staff got all the stock to the car packed in neatly.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop at this place ever again. Disgraceful.

I didnt get what I wanted 😔

Used to be a regular shopper love their stuff till I was told to pay for bowls that broke due to them making me move between till points.No sense of postive customer experience or consciousness of how the bowls broke.Pathetic and will definitely rather support other businesses with better customer experiences

I used to be a regular shopper until they refused to swop one broken draw organiser because they asserted that the product must have been checked by staff (despite the cellophane packaging around product). Product swop aside, I was more shocked by the customer unfriendly approach, which was antagonistic and seemingly against the Consumer Protection Act. What I found most offensive was that the Regional Manager of KZN refused to chat to me in person, despite being in the store (he chatted to me over the phone). The salesperson took the broken piece to him and I explained my story, while he watched me on a video camera from elsewhere in the store. When I asked if I could chat to him in person his reponse was I can see you in the camera and the salesperson has already shown me the item. Although he promised to investigate and revert he also failed to do this.

Standard has dropped from this store,Staff are seen chatting rather then helping out customers,Less stock of many items, shelves are not packed correctly, had to move alot of different items to find bowlsGet some order, rather then chatting
