The doctor was so rude to me as if, I asked to be sick on a weekend, and calm I ask her why I you shouting she say it the way I said kusaaa and told her you got me wrong she said sorry but I can feel that she didnt mean it, secondly I had to stay another night just because they couldnt find a condom the whole private hospital. when working with people one need to be friendly and not judge people. I am so disappointed and upset. But the nurses and other staff were perfect thank u very much for your kindness and support.

It was my first time to give birth to durdoc OPVO immunization they told my they dont have, what a big private hospital secondly they dont have bags that we normally getting from the hospital for your new born baby. What surprises is that my cousin was there last year August to they told her the same thing, I think they must change this hospital into a public because the level of service is embarrassing.

Great Hospital stuff and doctors..was admitted for theatre under the specialist Dr Khuzwayo and blown away by the patience and friendliness of everyone I interacted with from reception Siya was great, the nurses attending to Ward 404 👌🏾👌🏾 Assisted me alot with recovery from theatre medication and ensured there are no complications to me whatsoever, the theatre staff the way i hate injections but the time they took and had someone dedicated to talking to me in calming my nerves till i was fully drugged for the procedure. Great overall satisfaction 🙏🏾

We received such a bad service from that hospital, that I was beginning to wonder whats the use of going to private hospitals if you going to get the same treatment from the public. Doctor Khuzwayo doesnt care about his patients, he was so rude and inconsiderate, that he told his patient not to ever come to his surgery ever again. He refused to give his patient medication whom he has done surgery for.

Hi all i gave birth at Durdoc hospital in Feb 2019 To a healthy bubbly baby boy...in the hands on Dr Gitau Who i would highly recommend to anyone. But my nightmare was the poor service that lead to our Son passing away on the 1st of april 2019at 6weeks..A lot was not done Nurses wer not in ward i had told the nurse on what was goin onn with our son but was told he is sleeping she did nothing whatsoever to check on the pulse or any thing we then requested to meet with the hospital management including the dr Dr Jiza pedestrian to our suprise it was if all i was saying is false were as we have video supporting our statement.. Everytime i mass that hospital my heart sinks to the poor service i recieved on my only child. Who admitted for constipation. That hospital is a shame. Im baby less today due to the Neglagence of the Nurses.
