Love the Place,my kids Enjoyed a lot,and when I did my Reservation the Lady who were helping me out she was so friendly MRS Mohamed.....and the Nigerians Guys from the Reception were so Friendly and NiceEverything in my Room was Perfect,I Loved Everything about it especially the Set Up...Keep Up the Good Work.....💥🙏

Fantastic place to stay! Staff members are super friendly and will be ready to help you with all your needs as soon as you arrive. The beach is also close by to the accommodation and the rooms are incredibly clean. Would highly recommend staying here when on holiday!

Terrible place parking is next to a brothel I had to phone them and find out when I was going to get my refund. Terrible place to stay I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.Wow thats your response dont mislead people what are you talking about I told the manager that I love the place I didnt even get to speak to the manager I had to phone to find out wheres the key I had to phone to find out wheres my deposit no one from the hotel contacted me about anything at all. And the next time Im in Durban Ill take a picture of the brothel next to the parking why dont youll just accept that youll run the place terribly when I phoned the person who you say is the manager for the keys he didnt answer my phone calls or my messages same thing happened when I phoned for my deposit refund the fact that youll dont want to accept fault from your side with any of the guests that book in is the reason why Ill never recommend this place to anyone and I tried phoning on the weekend when I was there no one answered my calls so please dont lie

A place to come to just to sleep,a flat being let out

I booked the place for 5 people. When we arrived the welcome was you are lost. The receptionist demanded 800 for handling fee which we were not aware of. The money was paid. When we get there... Oh my God... The room was small. Stuffy and smelly. The rules we have to clean... Take out the dustbin. No changing on linean no bath towelWe are here for holidays. Must WE now go and buy cleaning detergents and gloves to do cleaning..We were not able to spend even 30minutes in the room. We looked for another accommodation. When we wanted to leave after booking somewhere. They showed us better room even if it was stuffy. Now they want us to move. Unfortunately we paid somewhere. When we requested we waited 4 minutes to get our 800 back because they are still discussing with the owners if they must refund us 800 after loosing 3900 for accommodation which was very very bad.But now I understand why the receptionist was saying we are lost... He could see we deserve better place than that.This is not hotel by residential flatPictures can fool youThe rules can drive you crazyI regret the day I select the hotel😭😭😭😭😭

Great place to stay:1. Location is excellent in terms off all beach front activities for kids and adults.2. Sea facing apartment with views for days.3. Easy check in and check out, friendly hosts.4. Self catering clean kitchen. Clean room with nice linen and towels.5. Modern6. Easy access in and out of town to shopping centres, 10 minute drive to Gateway shopping centre.7. Peaceful and relaxing building.8. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, will def revisit in the future.

They didnt welcome me good, the service was poor. All I can say is they only care about themselves.

The management is very rude, the service is extremely poor. The Nigerian guys who were working at the reception are very rude. The rooms were not clean, small cockroaches were there, we were also given brown towels which were stuffy. There are no people to clean the rooms. They do things deliberately so that they do not refund you the deposit money. Their linens are stuffy and not clean. We were staying there for a week and it was a horrible one because they do not change their linens. . The fridge inside our apartment had red stains inside and split water in the fridge. The Nigerian guys working there are rude, they refuse to listen to our complaints, they do not know how to talk to people but they shout. The owner even blocked us on whatsapp and also our calls because we were refusing to pay an amount that we had already paid. She asked for a proof of payment then we sent it after that we were blocked. Their lifts are always not working-class and we were staying in 5th floor.

Great location. Flats are better than a hotel room as I could cook in the kitchen which has all the utilities. Building is right opposite beach. Receptionists are friendly and kind. Wonderful place to stay.

Business owner ... this is a reply to your response on a review left by Mark Peters regarding an incident we had on your premises in which our car was broken into and stripped of its body partsWe are fully aware of the disclaimer that you have regarding theft , loss or damages , we are also aware of the high crime rate that plagues our country hence we ENQUIRED about the parking and its safety .We asked about this and we were lied to .What we are trying to Adress is your stuff shouldnt misrepresent what you as a business have to offer, the guy lied about you guys having a dedicated security guard who looks after the vehicles parked outside . If we had known this was untrue we would have made alternative parking arrangements .Secondly when it came to getting access to the CCTV footage we were stalled up until we had to leave , the supervisor ,was no one to be found for 2 consecutive days .I see from your other responses to clients addressing your staff that you always shift blame on the staff not been hired by the Accomodation, the building having different owners etc ... at the end of the day the staff at the front desk are the face of the building how they treat us or what they say to us directly affects our view of the premises .Have the body corporate of the building adress that .

We booked in on thursday 28th march and checked out on saturday 30th march6 sleeperWhat do i say we spent our night killing cockroaches everywhere in the apartment😡which we felt so dirty to even sleep on da beds 😳, the fridge was not working we had to call da people about 4 times there is too much rules no parking space of there own if we do park we must pay R100 per night to park the car in a hotel where the gates of da parking lot is even there 😠 even so da VW sign of the car got stolen and they say it aint there fault😠 R3900 for 6 sleeper with only 1 room with a main bed and the rest of da beds are in da lounge there is no privacy 😞 too much rules 🤔 it was not a good experience please guys dont book here

Nyc place bt very very rude staff! 2 Foreign guys who were at the reception on 19Jan 2018 and the lady who came to check the room, linen nd cutlery. Never again. You dont treat tourists like this, even if its a self catering no. We paid! No star at all.

Holiday flats right on the beach close to all main Golden Mile attractions. The building is very well maintained and has a good security surrounded by local hotels.

Very disappointed with the foreign guy at the reception he was unfriendly and had a disregard to customers staying at the holiday flats. The first two days we never had hot water and there after the dstv services was put off. The flat was dusty and only clean on the surface, we could smell the old in the cupboards.

Worst experience ever , we had our car stripped naked and belongings stolen on the premises parking lot .Before booking in we enquirer about parking from the guy at the front desk and were told to park right in front of the building the area was under surveillance and the building had a dedicated security guard who looks after the cars at night . Same day the car was broken into the wheel caps, badges etc removed . After the incident we found out that this was a lie they had no dedicated security guard .We requested the CCTV footage as they indeed had a camera outside and was told only the supervisor could give us access to the footage . Supervisor never showed up to his office for 2 conecutive days , didnt bother to call us or give us an alternative to how we can get the footage . The guy at the front desk Was so rude and refused to co operate with us or give us the supervisors contact details .The car was a rental , had to replace the stolen parts from it from the close by hoopers VW at a Cost of R5200 . Car rental company didnt cover loss/Theft of wheel caps , badges , mirrors etc .

Stayed last week,one of best beach location in Durban,i walked to beach,very nice pretty building,Apartment stayed very good for family outing,very clean,sheets were clean,overal very nice,i will come back ...in lowers season,,Supermarket only 4 minutes very nice if want enjoy self cater place......my family really enjoyed thanksPS READING Many people complain about reception staff??? the way i Understand is PRIVATE OWNED APARTMENTS and reception is not affilliated to any owners!!!!!if want services book a Hotel stay iN 17 sqmtr room !!!.here we get largeapartment Kitchen etc etc why Complaint!!!Some people just make unrealistic comments

Its one of the worst places to stay... The customer service is horrible....you are not allowed to view the rooms even after paying a deposit.... And when you finally get to see it... The rooms are dirt and discouraging for a self catering hotel on a beach front... Please use authentic pic on your website so that people can know what there are getting into...

Hajra was a wonderful host. The apartment is lovingly furnished, with everything you need.The central reception is a bit rough, but helpful.The apartments are right on the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Nice view of the sea. Just a pity the stove was broken at the time of our 4 day visit bathroom is in pathetic condition was extremely disappointed as we paid very expensive for apartment which is rented out as a holiday unit.
