Beautiful place, very safe. Resort is clean with friendly staff. All covid protcol are in place. Resort Manager is extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you Marget Sands.

The wotst client service you can imagine. It takes them ages to answer phone calls. They just refuse to report back on questions that the operator cannot answer. Have been waiting 2 weeks for the first and a number of days for the second person. Absolutely pathetic!!!!

Perhaps one should take the time to explain to Flexi Club the wonders of technology. Emails go through and ought to be replied to within the day ( if not within the hour) and not 3 weeks later. Left a message after waiting for at least 20 min for a consultant to reply. 7hours later and still nothing. Not someone you wish to invest your hard earned money with.

The staff at flexiclub have always been very helpful but the number of resorts on thir system seems to be dwindling with some great ones like sun city, dikhololo, umhlanga cabanas all not there anymore

Me and my husband, we joined this Flexi Club last year February, we were on our holiday in Durban. And this guys sold us this holiday deals. At the moment it sounded so legit and like its going to make our lives easy as we like to travel. WORST DECISION OF OUR LIVES. we paid R11 500 on the spot to buy points as they call them.Now we want to go on vacation and we cant use our money, first they said we need to pay Levy fees which was R8 000. We paid that today. Now we are told we need to pay an extra R6500 for a 3 day trip to Durban. We spending more on this club, than what we could have spended paying the hotel ourselves.I WILL ADVISE ANYONE PLEASE, BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PEOPLE. Now we even thinking of taking legal action to get our money back. Do not join this club, its day light robbery 😡

Having been a member of flexi club since 2004, I enjoyed very good and beautiful holidays with my family until in 2017 when I could not afford the annual fees anymore, at the time they were +R8000. I subsequently moved to Flexi access signing up for a cancellable contract at R485 per month for 5 years (NB: the flexi club membership is for life which is very dangerous as it is difficult to extricate yourself out of) my Flexi access will expire in July 2022, Ive already been approached to renew of which sadly i will not be renewing. The facilities are usually quite good and clean, with most of the entertainment for small kids. Ive been travelling every year ever since initially once a year to about three times a year lately. The various establishments are reasonably in an acceptable and usually good state, the staff is usually friendly. Flexi access is very limiting if one has been a flexi club member. I will be allowing my contract to expire as Ive seen a number of other offers in the market at reasonable prices.Flexi holiday club does have great establishments.

Booked a holiday and since the president has announced level 3 lock down. They are refusing to rebook at a later stage or cancel the booking. They say the policy is 21 days prior, how was I to know 21 days prior if the president only announced it 2 days ago. This is terrible service. All major hotels and resorts are refunding, canceling or giving vouchers. I refuse to put my family at risk by bring them to a Hotspot.

Im a flexi club member for years now never did I had any problems with bookings until now they cancel your bookings if u book a certain amount of bookings I usually book a once a year for myself and kids we paying almost R10000 for levy fees paying for our accommodation too. Its not worth being a member anymore its a total RIP off . The consultants unprofessional. I had to sign up another 7 year contract paying R18000 to get out of my contract i signed up first which I paid years ago R34000. Im finally done with flexi club and dont advice anyone to sign up with them.

My mom (Karin Otto ) passed away and her flexiclub points are to be transferred into my name. We have paid the transfer fees but still not transferred. I honestly cannot be more disappointed. Gayle Viviers has been receiving the emails and has not responded. The one time she did respond, she gave the incorrect phone number so we cannot get hold of her. I have been struggling with Flexi Club for months now. I cancelled my membership with you jumped thru all the hoops of paying till the contract end or the date you explained that is suitable. The email was send money was paid and you still deducted more payments after I stop the debit order you put it thru as I did not pay my account. Guys I have more than 10 thousand in my savings account but that I cant get back.I do everything you explain to cancel and still I cant get rid of you. I did phone in 3 times to explain that somebody is not doing their job and each time I get the answer we will investigate and get back but nobody comes back. THIS NOT SERVICE

Neat and Tidy Chalets. Has a adult and toddler pool. Play area and games room needs an upgrade though. Bit noisy as there was a constant sound of cutting grass and the leave blower every morning. Restaurant food was not the greatest but the staff were friendly. Location is good as you are close to Knysna.
