Such an amazing space and experience! Loved the sensory deprivation experience and will be back for sure. After having read about it I was anxious to experience it with my claustrophobia but there was no issue whatsoever! Professional staff and safe parking.

I went to float after a particularly stressful week. Between exams and trauma, I wasn’t sleeping well and I definitely wasn’t feeling well. But I didn’t go to float for that reason I went as a treatment for sensory overload. I did not have any real expectation for it to affect anything else. But I came out of that tank feeling completely renewed. I felt so energised and capable. It was an amazing experience that I could only really compare to deep meditation. I would recommend everyone try it at least once.

Great experience, rejuvenates and it is complemented with a BSR practitioner in the same rooms, so one can de-stress the body and then recharge in the floatation tank. Highly recommended because youre worth it. Namaste

This has been such a profound, out of body experience.. As you feel the tension release from your body and return back to a state of homeostasis.. I would highly recommend this floatation therapy for stress release and promoting circulation.

Very unique experience! Almost like youre completely weightless. Really helped with my anxiety and my joint pain from training. Clean and up-market, with friendly and helpful staff.

Words won’t do justice to the experience... Like floating in space. Entombed in total darkness and a eery silence.Inside the pod is water heated to 35.5C – skin temperature – and saturated with Epsom salts. The air above is maintained at the same temperature. You can’t tell where your body and the water ends and the other begins.Thanks to @floatwellness_sa

I was pleasantly surprised by my float experience. It was easy to enjoy the sensation of being held by the water and the lack of sensory stimulation. Very relaxing and calming experience. A must for those who find it hard to switch off.

Amazing experience

An amazing experience! Amazing people who give you all the information you need to know for your session. If you’re thinking about it then you should definitely try it. Practically an hour out of your day that makes you feel like you just took a 3 day vacation.

This is truly a unique experience! I loved that there was no light, no sound, nothing underneath me.. I felt suspended with just my breath and heartbeat. The spa itself is well-run by Mo who himself has a warm, welcoming presence. The fact that I had complete control over the pod door and the lights was extremely reassuring. And honestly the pods are big enough so that I didnt feel the need to open them at all during my session. I loved that everything is provided and I had complete privacy at all times. For the rest of the day I felt energetic yet calm. This is the kind of thing all humans in the city need i.e. a complete break from everything around us, a chance to recharge, take stock of our thoughts, and care of our bodies.

Wow i can only say one thing after we had our session at the wellness spa. The feeling of being relaxed is an awesome feeling, as that is what you feel like once you have finished your session. Thank you so much team. We will be back again. Cheers Scot

The most peaceful environment , got to experience a state of complete relaxation , i loved the feeling of weightless floating in the epsom salt saturated water and the comfort of the pod being in silence and without any distraction / demands . so easy to slip into deep meditation :)
