Lovely place with a lot of interesting and reasonably priced things. Staff are very nice. Shop is neat, clean and well laid out. They dont take credit cards so you can pay cash or theyll give you their banking details and you can do an EFT.Issues to consider: Google maps had difficulty getting me there but if youve been there once its no problem, not much parking but this is SA so as long as there are pavements (there are) its ok, the place is right next to Delta Superette but theres no big sign saying Natural Health so you dont really know if youre there - come on guys.... a big big sign please.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff! A wonderful range of products that you often can’t find in Durban - some some excellent produce unique to Durban! I’m gluten intolerant and I found so many delicious items that I could eat.

The owner genuinely cares and tries to help you with your health issues. Prices are reasonable, considering that healthy eating and living today can render a sizable hole in your pocket. This place is my go-to health shop. I would give it a thumbs up and 5 stars. Ask about everything, because everything they sell is amazing.
