The service at this pharmacy is nothing short of excellent. It is conveniently situated opposite Woolworths in the Windermere Centre. The staff are always willing to help and will do anything to go the extra mile. I would not recommend supporting any other pharmacy if you care for professionalism and good service.

Great pharmacy Ive popped in a few times the lady at the counter is super friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the phone number on the google listing appears to be out of date. Perhaps they should update the listing

Took my prescription to get medication, I was told medication would have to be orded and that it will be delivered to me the next day around lunchtime. The next day the driver came through around 17:00 in the evening, buzzed the intercom and my helper answered it, the driver did not say he came to drop off medication and my helper was scared to open as it was dark, mind you I live literally 200 meters from the pharmacy, and I had offered to pick up medication myself during the day, however muslim guy helping me I dont know his name insisted that my medication would be delivered around lunchtime. The muslim guy at the pharmacy calls me at 17:05, with a disrespectful, condescending tone and says mama why did you chase the driver away...I was mad as hell, because he didnt give me a courtesy call firstly telling me my medication would be delivered late, secondly he said that I must come and get the medication myself. I refuse to be treated like this as a customer, I took my script and asked them to reverse claim from my medical aid.

This Pharmacy is extremely highly rated by myself. I have been a patient there, together with many family members, for well over 2o years now and can honestly say that everything has just kept improving from year to year. Absolutely worth the 5 ☆ rating.In my book surely the best Pharmacy in the greater Durban area. The professional manner and service to patients is of such a high standard, far superior to many a GP that can be found out in the field these days.All the staff, without exception go the extra mile to assist patients to the best of their ability in their various roles. An absolutely warm friendly place to go if you need a prescription made out or if you need a consultation for any ailments that may be bothering you and all at very reasonable rates.
