I was promised delivery of my home oxygen today the 26 Mar 20. After contacting vital aire both Durban and head office it is now 1600B and I still have not received my delivery which I require urgently as I am to be on oxygen 24 hrs a day. Should anything happen to me my father will be sueing

My mom suffers from severe emphysema and this is not the 1st time vitalaire has ignored our requests to replace a faulty oxygen machine which Bestmed med aid pays for monthly from her contribution. The next step will be a ventilator that is how severe her emphysema is.today i sent an email to janie Senekal, Karin Zaaiman,vitalaire and Bestmed at 5:50 am as her oxygen machine needs to be switched off every 20 minutes in order for her to get oxygen. No reply from any party.After calling vitalaire twice i received a ref nr and was told that the machine would be replaced today. It is now almost 10pm and the machine is not functioning properly. Her oxygen cylinder is running empty. Who will be liable if something happens to her?VitalAire or Bestmed or both.Absolute pathetic service from this company. They dont care about the patients. To them its about getting paid from the medical schemes. The public needs to be made aware NOT to use this company ever.Management refuses to get involved.She is 80 years old ,do you want your loved ones to be dependent on people like this?

Im a stage 4 COPD patient and have oxygen supplied by your Company. On Wednesday 12 October, I contacted your call centre and advised that my back up tank was almost empty and my nasal piece, was broken and needed replacing. TWO weeks later and I still have not received either. I have made several calls and was assured that I would get it today (Tuesday), after Monday being the promised day, for delivery!!Very disappointed in your Customer Services indeed!!
