We paid for some solid kerb-stone blocks at this hardware store on 09-09-2021 ( Thursday ) just before midday. We were told that delivery of these kerb-stones would definitely be at 13h30 the same day.Shockingly, delivery was only made on 10-09-2021 at around 14h00. No prior notification was given that the material would be delivered on 10-09-2021. No apology was tendered by the unethical owners/management and delivery chap ! When this delivery chap was asked about the delayed delivery of the kerb-stones he began a somewhat garbled explanation and quickly/rudely ignored me and began talking on his cellphone which just rang at the time !Not properly educated people with scratchy business acumen, I am led to believe !# The 1 star I had to tick on is actually equated to ZERO. Ratings administrators, do start your ratings with a 0.
