Fantastic online experience with Salon 500. Ordered on the 30th September, and my order came in on the 1st October. Highly efficient.

Placed my order just after midday. Received an sms with the tracking number in the evening and my parcel was delivered by 10:45 the next day! Fast service and absolutely well priced items. Everything was packaged perfectly with plenty bubble wrap to avoid my items being damaged and invoice and letter all neatly folded inside the box. Love the personal touch. Will keep on buying over and over again!

Dont think ill ever order from them again. Its been 10 days and have not received my order yet. I know its with the courier but they sould have made sure they use a good courier service. They told me on Monday they are going to call the courier. Its Wednesday and havent heard back.

Fantastic experience. I ordered my products the Friday after hours and received it the next Tuesday. Considering they are in Durban and I am in Gauteng. Go to salon lady does hair well but really pricey. The retail shop with hair care products is really worth it. Have best treatment products at great prices, if you are creative you rather buy from the retail stores there and do your own hair, I do and dont need to visit the salon, maybe the salon can be a once a year treat, but extremely pricey

Very helpful owner,went in with my wife to purchase stocks for salon,he noticed the products we were buying,the quantity,and it was all the expensive products,so he asked about the area and clients and why we choose all that products,after telling him the area and the type of clientele he understood,he has over 30 years experience got sum good advise from him,would have rated the shop 5 star unfortunately the staff is not as good as him.Very unhelpful staff.

I have being emailing for prices nothing was done every time I call they say the lines are down the service is so bad yet we paying money the lady by the phone is so rude! I askd to speak to someone else she said everyone is very busy its only her and yes il never do business with you

I spent over R8 000,00 worth products tints and bleach and peroxide in three months, what bad service then they refused to sale to me, but any tom dick and harry can buy from there they never asked me before to bring a hairdressing Certificate .. iv even got proof that iv brought from them lots and lots of tints, blench powders. my friends buy anything there to and they told me i can to so i did and now after i spent over R8 000,00 in there shop the refused to sale to me cause they want a hairdresser certificate but they never asked before .. There service stinks and there are to women there don`t even know what they are saleing i asked for a chocolate brown tint they don`t even know what it is they told me to go look in the color tart i was like how are you working there if you don`t know what the tints are.. ...By the way im a hairstylist and i will never bring you business again im taking my money and my business to ANOTHER BRANCH...You Lost A GOOD CUSTOMER..
