A receptionist is the face of a company(Any). The lady I spoke was named EVE. I asked questions about the doctor so I could make an appointment, she advised she can not recommend the doctor because she does not use him personally. Whilst speaking to her I explained she is being rude, her tone extremely assertive, she attacked me over the phone and threatened to cut my call, spoke over me and did not let me finish a sentence. Whilst explaining I have a series of problems and its an emergency she was apprehensive. I asked for the doctors details to lay a complaint regarding her telephone manners Eve then proceeded to cut my call. If a receptionist can be this rude and aggressive telephonically I wouldnt dare go this medical centre. Extremely disappointing how a receptionist can feel she has the right to speak to a patient any how! Sad, I will never know the quality/good experience of visiting this doctor.

Dr Bobat is excellent and very professional at what he does. He also offers great medical advice which helped my wife give birth to a healthy baby in October 2020
