A very bad place to be. I will never recommend this place to anyone no matter how broke you are, the service is just bad. Everything in the room I was staying in was broken. The service provider never showed themselves to me. It is a scam. Please dont fall for this place. What you see on the online platforms is different to what you will get. I will never in my weirdest dream visit this place.

We stayed on the 19th of December and I am very disappointed withour stay. I was so looking forward to our stay. Firstly we waited 45mins to be checked in. We called the number that we have used to do our reservation and there was no answer and after 20mins someone answered and say there is someone on the way to fetch us. Yes weve been checked in and there was no TV, no hot water, no toiletries nothing and eventually on check out the cleaning lady knocked at our to demand payment but we have fdone a prepayment. Very Disappointed

Only the sheets were clean access was too easy in 1 of the rooms we booked, theres a security old man buy the gate who treated us like we not supposed to be there so nje I ddnt like my stay. At Mthonjeni.

Bad experience of our lives, we waited for an hour to enter in our room, worst part is we phoned earlier to arrange the room. We paid on August for a November trip but we waited for cleaning of room for an hour. Management is very poor, I will never recommend that place to anyone its filthy, dirty and pathetic service ever ✋

My room was clean it was the only decent thing about it

The service was so poor, staff members were not helpful at all. There was no electricity, no cold fridge, no microwave to warm food, the TV was not working. We were not given the accommodation that was advertised to us. There was not even a stopper for the bath tub, it was difficult to take a simple bath In the morning, the toilet was flooded with water. The hot water was cold due to no electricity and the hot water in geyser got cold. When all of these problems were reported there was no response whatsoever. Even the person in charge was not picking up his phone (Zamani Ndawonde). This place had given us the worst service ever. I would personally not recommend it to anyone.

Rating is 0 they damaged our car with their gate. Now they are sending us from pillar to post in terms of fixing the car they pointing fingers to each other. They moved us out of the room saying our time is up. They running around with solution to fix our car
