Extremely poor service. I would rate the accommodation a zero if it were possible. The host was not aware of our booking and therefore not prepared for our arrival. The bedding was not clean and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Our booking included breakfast but we were told that they will not be serving breakfast due to COVID. The front door of the premises does not lock and our overall safety felt compromised. We refused to stay at the accommodation and requested a refund of the full amount paid.
Theres no minus rating unfortunately. Still awaiting our refund after we booked for guests via booking.com successfully and were told once they got there that they arent accommodating anyone due to the Corona pandemic. That was at the beginning of level 5 now its September, they arent answering our phone calls, we went there physically at the end of waiting for an hour or two, we were only addressed by the IT guy who said WE should email THEIR finance department for a refund. We are still rotting away, waiting for our refund. Very unprofessional in my experience, cant comment on the accomodation itself though because Id rather die than even breathe the same air as those people ever again

A beautiful stay away from home. Friendly staff and management team. Excellent service. Peaceful and completely safe. I would definitely recommend it as a perfect boutique well done. Keep up the great service delivery.

I had booked for two nights and I spent the first night , next morning left for a meeting only to come back to my luggage gone, apparently it had been moved to another room without my consent and without any communication with me. This made it feel unsafe to be at the premises if they can go through a guest luggage without consent because I had unpacked everything the night before, which means who ever moved my luggage had to go through my stuff to pack.Their excuse was that the room they had booked for me belongs to the Madam of house and whenever she’s back , who ever is in her room needs to be moved, which is extremely unprofessional.I checked out after the first night.
Please be aware that the owner of this venue will expect your online bookings and accept your payment, when you get to the premises she will tell you about check in POLICY and your money will not be refundable. I’m a young lady and was left stranded in the early hours of this morning 9 February 2020. Police were contacted as I called 10111 and she told the police that I was entofisisticed” and I was denied access by the owner Mrs Govender
