Good shepherd Catholic parish Phoenix, is a quiet place for one to be with Jesus Christ in prayers. Conducive place an hour of Adoration of blessed Sacrament..... Its under the Capuchin Franciscan Friars.

This branch is one of my favourites as it is a large store with a cafe and fully stocked patisserie.

Comprehensive and quality stock in the food hall. Pleasant staff. And if you shop at Woolworths you can get your parking ticket validated for a fairly large reduction. Fabulous!

Great service. Always have everything you need and more

I did not expect to be met with such off hand and somewhat rascist service from a waitress at the Woolworths coffee shop. Almost an hour after placing my order I was still waiting. The manager was fantastic and sorted it all out... but the waitress was pathetic.They also changed their menu so the names of the items are the same, but the actual item is different. Watch out for that... your old favourite is now something else. False advertising?

Everything was perfect i only spent 15 minute!

I ordered food online, because of dietary requirements it has to be delivered from the Westville pavilion branch.My order was delivered on Friday with half the items outstanding. After several phone calls at my expense (they never contact you via email or phone unless you contact them.Saturday they delivered a fraction of the outstanding items. After several calls again they are hopefully delivering the outstanding items tomorrow.The frozen chips packet was open. The avocados are brown and inedible. The cold chain was not maintained adequately,the frozen food is defrosted and warm. The manager is incompetent.The call center keeps you on the line forever and never calls back like they promise. Shocking service delivery for Woolies. You need to train your staff on providing a competent service .I will be buying from 60/60 going forward.

Stop buying avocado from this store. The product looks good on the outside but its bad on the inside. I have experience this twice.

Went to the coffee shop. Service was very slow, the chicken mayo sandwich was underwhelming. Spoke to the manager who was very polite and offered a solution. Thank you. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Beauty products had exceptional service

First we stand about 50 people in a line cramped inside the clothing store to get into the food shop. A security is trying his best to space people with trolleys, but he doesnt have 50 and the queue is already tight. Eventually we are allowed in and there are not that many people in the shop, some ilses are empty. Then we come to the till queue and we are not allowed to go together to the till due to social distancing. So we have stood together for 20 min to get in, walked together inside, but now I have to exit the shop on the side of the tills and stand with all the other people who are also waiting for their family member or friend to come through the tills. Come on guys, you are ridiculous, I do understand that social distancing is a hot word but it is still legal to use ones head.

I waited a good 30 minutes on a call to customer service only for my call to be dropped without being assisted,mind you this is my airtime. I called back and no answer again till now. Rubbsih customer service and front desk!

Bootiful store and service

Not happy with the staff at the hot foods department. This is not what I would expect from Woolworths. I came in and asked what time the chicken will be ready and I was told in 42 minutes. Fair enough I waited. Came back after 42 minutes and the lady is giving me attitude. Telling me it will only be ready at 17:45. Another lady says at half past. I was so disgusted I just walked away definitely not the service nor attitude I would expect from Woolies.

Wider range of products

I waited 30 mins in line to pay for one item. When I asked the cashier why there are no express tellers, she said the express tellers are opened on weekends only. The ladies at the bakery need to be more friendly. I find them to be always sulky especially a coloured lady that is always there.
