Ques are fast. Fresh food. I buy most of my catering staff from there

The thieves stole my money and bought giftcards but the manager wasnt able to reverse it 🥺 they didnt help me

Service is perfect and also products that are in the store caters for all class.

This is one of two grocery stores in the shopping complex. Located on the far east wing of the complex. It offers a great alternative to Shoprite which is the other grocery store. It has quality products and it is clean inside.The staff is friendly.The prices are a bit higher compared to their immediate competition.

The staff is helpful should u need any help and shopping is convenient and tranquil.

Pick n pay it was great they follow the covid 19 protocol very well. But was very disappointed that at the mall itself we are not allowed to take pictures. That was very disappointing, security shouted at us very badly asking where we from not knowing we not supposed to take pictures there.

I stood for almoast 2 hours in a queue, there were only a few tellers.

This is the best pick and pay I’ve tried out during Covid 19 ... the security is ensuring that people follows regulations,making sure everyone on entry he or she sanitize her hands , it was when I am placing parcel at the parcel counter , the workers there were busy with conversation not attending to me , then I said excuse me , then they attended to me ...

Longest queues and unthoughtful management

The shelves were unbelievably empty and the queue was slow as always, even during these coronavirus times.

More tills need to be opened to avoid long queues.

Very happy with this particular store, its clean you know where to find what and where and cashiers are incredibly quick, they can however work on their express lanes.

When you access the place you should hold the line for going in and when youre in you should also hold line for paying

I have been in the line for the past 30min to pay at the express till... Only one till is opened and its month end... How is possible... The lines are ridiculously long and no parkers in tills... Why must we go through this... We never experience such when we go to the north side for groceries.

Neat Spaces, the food is always fresh and clean. The staff is helpful always. I always enjoy coming here and do some groceries, close to home no need to travel far.

Very neat, enough spaces between aisles, we can go freely. Place is crowded and they dont make any means to add their tills. Today (4/12/2020) I stood for 1 and half hour just pay. Really unacceptable!!!

High the price if compare with other grocery shops

Good place to visit for a quick shopping stint. Not so great when its busy. The que snakes around the whole store. The cashiers are very quick though.

It is a nice experience to be in that shopping center there are 2 big supermarkets, as well as banking facilities.

Always have an unpleasant shopping experience in that store. Might be my bad luck or something but i always come across cashiers that are angry at me before i can even open my mouth.

Today shopping at this branch was a noghtmare. The items were not priced and the response of the floor staff was appauling. I asked one why is it that there are no prices and his reply was angihlangene.
