Having worked in the countrys biggest news channel on DSTV, ENCA Xolani then doesnt only think with a technical mind but also rather holistically looks at whatever subject matter he is dealing with. Therefore using pictures/motion pictures to tell a wide range of stories.His talent, passion and eye for the lense allows him to be a very versatile individual, being able to work in a wide range of settings e.g music videos, news, short films etc.Ive worked with him personally and in actual facts he is one of the people that trained me as an intern at ENCA and I learnt so much from him. He didnt say/preach things like dedication and hardwork but instead he lived it and became a true sense of what lead by example means.
