I was absolutely confused on how the pensioners que had even less social distancing than the others and further more shocked at the way the steward treated an elderly disabled man so harshly just so that a younger more able man may have his issue sorted out first. Someone please do something for the safety of our elders.

I came here for the first time and the workers at the information desk were so helpful and kind. They explained everything to me and I left satisfied that all my questions were answered in a respectful manner.

We need more employees in order to be treated as customers because we always stand in the line with no services. That the main reason. Its dont make sence like 2 employee helping almost 30 people . While we rushing somewhere. Please respond

Waited 2 hours to be attended to. There are 33 cubicles but only 8 were used to attend to the public , hence the long wait. Many staff standing around chatting also making the process slower.

There is always one system issue or another, you have to queue so many times, you stand in a queue to get a number to wait in the waiting area for your number to be called, service is not friendly and very slow. Its either they need more staff or provide more training its frustrating having to be in one place for 2hours even worse when you have a 10 month old baby with you

That place is terrible, theres long queues nobody is sorting the queue most of the time,sometime your are in the wrong queue,you have to ask the people about the queues.You must be prepared to wait!!
