The Aluminum and Glass industry as been a growing and demanding industry over the years. Hitech Safety Glass lead by the Sales Manager, Shane Simney and our amazing sales consultant Sharlene Sewpersad, have evolved with this change and their superior service shows it off, not once have they dropped the ball on us.Friendly, superior service, quality and price.. Definitely a 5 star from me and will definitely recommend Hitech Safety Glass🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The customer service at Hitech safety Glass is absolutely pathetic. I have a business that requires me to constantly be purchasing mirrors and glass for the goods I supply. I found that upon placing and paying for an order, nobody calls me back to follow up. Everytime I call in the sales agent is always busy and cant take my call. He never calls me back when I ask him to. Recently I tried calling him to find out about my delivery, he wasnt at his desk and so the other staff members there let the phone ring continuously instead of answering and notifying the client that the sales agent is not available. When I called back I spoke to a lady by the name of Ronell she didnt know how to handle me as a frustrated client and eventually cut the call on me. Delivery of the mirrors I purchased from them was supposed to be done yesterday, 16 March 2021, to my clients house. My client stayed home expecting Hitech to deliver and again they let me down by not delivering. They wasted my clients time as she cancelled all other plans to sit at home expecting Hitech to deliver. Not only did they not deliver but they also failed to call me and notify me that they arent delivering. Is this how a professional company was supposed to treat their clients? I spoke to their sales manager and even after speaking to him nothing was done. Customer service still sucks

Poor service. I ordered a piece of glass 1x 567x938 which took me 15 phone calls to Neil sales person to get my glass only to find out when I got home that it was 6mm small than the size ordered. I called back to find out why is the size wrong and why does the guys not verify that the sizes are correct when the customer collects.i was told that they will take it up with the manager can get back to me. Im still waiting. Disappointing for such a big company.

I needed a glass skylight in a wall and I chatted to the consultant who was helpful and gave me good advice on what glass I needed. Glass was produced and delivered on spec and on time.

THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD!!!Since being referred to this company by Glasfit, I have spoken to 2 sales people from enquiring to placing an order, in a space of 1 week. Both were fired. After a week of not being contacted, after payment made to confirm order, I am told order is ready for collection. I pitch up the following day, to find my order is incorrect and have to deal with an unaccountable front office manager, Natasha, who has no concept of what Customer Service is. After reminding her of my terrible experience of their disorganised sales process and terrible service, she assures me she will sort the order out and it will be delivered to me by Tuesday(yesterday). I called in the afternoon asking where is my delivery, she was too busy to take my call and passed the buck, by getting Pinky to call me back with feedback that my order is not ready and promises that it will be delivered today. This morning, I receive a call from Pinky telling me the order is still not ready and she cannot confirm when the delivery will take place. I insist on speaking to Natasha, who denies the feedback by saying she needs to check what is happening with my order. Natasha still has not bothered to contact me to confirm when my order will be ready. The fish rots from the head. Its no wonder she is losing staff at every turn, she is a useless manager who is incapable of setting an example of what customer service should be.So it turns out that Shane is the manager, and I just got told by him that they are doing me a favor by trying to assist me, because they took a week and a half to process my order incorrectly and needed to rectify it. Apparently my order is just 2 pieces of glass, rather insignificant to warrant customer service. Absolutely pathetic. THE FISH REALLY DOES ROT FROM THE HEAD!!!

Hi guys I’mVery very disappointed with hi tech glass since morning 9am I sent my sizes to them and now is 14:28 didn’t get quite more then R:150.00 airtime I waisted to call there land line everybody answer they lied πŸ€₯ to me that they sent the quote to me but never came very irritated and irresponsible staff guys can buy your stuff somewhere else little expensive but do not go for this company they will waste your money and time thanks

Worst service imaginable.Ordered 2 pieces of glass, was told +- 7 working days.1 month later glass was ready! Lost the order from the client on one of the pieces as well as future work.Went in on a Saturday to collect, waited a further 20 mins for them to find the glass they said was ready. When I asked what all the delays were caused by I was told processing issues....PatheticNo apologies were forthcoming.

It was confirmed telephonically that they can fit a beveled mirror to an overmantle and told us to send it. Upon arrival the courier was told that they are unable to assist and it was send back without a mirror, leaving us with a hefty, unnecessary courier bill. Will think twice before using them due to this unprofessional behaviour.
