Service leaves a lot to be desired. Should you go with a request for something out of the ordinary dont expect to leave with what you hoped for. Some businesses value business no matter what it may be and are very helpful even if they dont have what you need, they would office advice. Here was a case of the exact opposite, simply a no sorry we do not have what you need! I do hope they make the effort going forward, its a tough economic climate for businesses now and this simply wont do...

I took my old petrol machine for repairs. The staff was very helpful and indicated that spares are hard to get, but nevertheless they wl try and look at the machine and see if they can fix or not. Even the manager was very kind and obliging. I was satisfied to the fact, that they will try. Thanks Modern MowersSonny Naidoo

The customer service is shocking! Ive experienced this on more than one occasion staff say they will call you back and dont, I feel most of the staff are extremely rude I even came to the point of asking the gentleman behind the desk why hes so annoyed, the response I got was Im tired.Few more things that have happened with the work shop manager.I feel the staff could really make more of an effort with service and not make the customer feel as if they doing you a favor.

Called in asking them about carbon brushes for my 5 Kw generator and they cant assist, they say they dont stock the parts but i know i bought the items here in the past?? either they dont want to help me or just poor service

Lots of parking, friendly service reasonable prices, very big product range. All the big brands under one roof. They do sales, service repairs etc. No need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
