I had a quick chat with the owner I asked him the secret ingredient to this delicious recipe. He said it was the patience put in the fire roasted chicken. Whenever I happen to find myself in Durban South Bound, I bless myself with the Chicken Tikka, strictly halal, fire roasted and finger licking good. They use fresh chicken and fresh ingredients on their salad, but wait. You cannot say its really good until you have tested their hot chilli spice umm.
