Terrible service. Had a RMA unit replacement. Have been sending emails to the repair center and they are not replying to my emails. Phoned them today and the answer to this was that their systems were down. But not their emails. This Job has been open for 4 months now. I still dont have the new unit. Least you can do is reply to emails!
