Great all in one party shop and reasonable prices.I would recommend that are able to fill all types of balloons with Helium as I had to go find another store to assist.

Yet again another unpleasant experience with management!!! Awesome service by floor staff and cashier Shakira. Very pleasant and patient. However, when I asked to speak to a manager to compliment the staff, said manager sat on his chair and said if theres an issue speak to the cash desk staff. So rude and uncouth! Party Themes you need to sort out your MANAGEMENT 😡

Very wide variety of party items and baking goods. Can get almost anything here. Beautiful edible flowers of varying sizes, colours and shapes. Lots of edible items for cakes. Perfect to get everything under one roof. Unique items as well. They are expensive though. But for the convenience and variety Ill go back.

Party themes has everything you could possibly need for any even you could be planning. Their prices are fantastic and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to store for planning parties.

Love them, find most of what I need, always have stock, friendly staff, not always cheap, but you will get what u need with regards to parties, birthdays and any celebration also almost anything for baking.

The other day I bought spray paint .I used it and found after I had opened it that its quality was not good. I took it back to them and explained what had happened along with the jar and I requested a refund so I would be able to buy the brand that I was familiar with.They refused to refund me, told me they had never had any of those returned, blamed me for not using it right. After I had clarified that this was not the first time I’ve used a spray paint in my life,they then said because of covid, their policies have changed ever since. I did not even see the policy written clearly for all customers to see. The lady who I spoke with was plain rude and loud. I wasn’t pleased at all with the way my matter was handled.I normally use this branch for all my party stuff but after the treatment I received I’ll be definitely going to a different branch.

They have most things you may need for a party

I was at the shop today at 11:45. Google says it closes at 12:00. I called when I was at the gate and a very rude assistant didnt want to let me in even after I told her that I required 1 item and I can even stand by the door to pay for it. She then tells me that they are not responsible for the times on google as they didnt put the times on and they close at 11:45 not 12:00. I am a party planner and purchase from this store on a weekly basis. I refer many of my clients to purchase from this store as well but after this terrible service, I will not be returning or referring anyone. I actually went opposite to china mall, got the thing I required much cheaper than Party Themes

Not a safe place to shop at all..Car was broken into and stock stolen from their parking , with a security on site.Disgraceful and not a very friendly place to shop as well, definitely wont br seeing us again along with our families..👎🏻

The shop was well organized.However I found that the ladies at the cashiers were INCREDIBLY RUDE.I will not be back.Honestly would rather buy things online and pay a little extra and wait for shipping as appose to going back.The one positive view is that their prices are great for certain items.
