Premium kitchens and great designs but delivery of completed kitchens is a major problem. What’s worse is that Exotic Kitchens insist that your pay for your complete kitchen before they deliver a single item to you so you have no leverage when they do not complete an installation - makes you wonder if their intention is to default from the start.For me it’s been over 9 months and I still cannot get my kitchen completed. They will never follow up with you, you need to keep hounding them to complete their bug list.They are not cheap so you rather go with a vendor with a better reputation of delivering completed kitchens. Having the best kitchen in a showroom and in drawings means nothing if you cannot have it completed in your house. The frustration and time it takes to keep following up with them for 9 months will kill your soul!
