I have encountered such poor services at the Durban branch on 320 Dr. Pixley KaSeme ,the receptionists are not so welcoming and have a terrible attitude. How do you then say the companies interest is for the mass and is for handling such important and dignified matters ... Im very much disappointed

I covered my father with Assupol through a broker, a foreign guy... and unfortunately my father past away last month and when I get there to check for my fathers policy I find that the ID number and the name wasnt his and they even add the policy I didnt know about , it appears that I joined it last year and I didnt take that policy.... I dont get correspondence and statements for these policies... the foreign guys and assupol have let me down and I want nothing to do with them.
