Went to jasons gas on Sunday, there was an Indian employee swearing & name calling an old uncle in his mini car, is this any way to treat customers?? I dont think this is the only place to fill gas,Im sure theres other places with good people & friendly service

Fast and efficient. Taking into account coivd19 precautions we barely had to leave our vehicle during the refill process.

Card machine is broken...Card machine is offline...cannot print receipts. Remember to carry cash when you plan on topping up on gas. Many occasions I have been here and had to look for an atm in order to make a purchase

We returned a leaking gas cylinder, and havent gotten it back after 2 months. They are blaming Cadac but arent very helpful.

On two different occasions I phoned and placed an order for delivery on a 19kg gas and it was not delivered. Foned numerous times. Again we were let down despite numerous calls, workers ignore our calls and we were made a stupid. Pathetic service,Unreliable customer ethics .Workers make company name bad by misleading the customers and lying to them.If they didnt want to deliver say it upfront.Now through Jasons Gas we left with no gas and due to loadshedding we relied on them.

Worst treatment ever. I called on a Friday , n told them to deliver a stumpie 19kg. They delivered the wrong size. Called on Saturday told them Im away n please fix the problem.and I asked the lady , dont u guys listen wat clients request. She said the guys jus do as they want.a On Monday I called. Felt like I was not important. N the person on the other on the other side is more important. Ll not ever use their a service again. Im a consumer if u dont need my business , then dont open one .

Its 12 noon and the place is closed according to the the website they are opened wasted fuel going there today

Jasons gas were a pleasure to deal with until they could not deliver on time. In the past 6 months I have been promised that my gas will be delivered as soon as possible however that is generally the last delivery of the day or the next day. Disappointing and very frustrating. I will no longer be supporting them.
