Useless company, dont waste your time.

They setup my garage door incorrectly using incorrect springs and a cheap motor that couldnt support the weight of the door. When the door collapsed they refused to come fix it.

After service ! ??? and no communicationReally disappointed - Suresh Im sure you can do better ! You a better business man than a lot of the comments ! So take them to heart ! 😠

Good job fitting new garage door motor and programming new remote controls. Only suggestion would be to get head mounted flash lights for staff to work in dark garages and also get a workers tool waist belt so that their tools dont keep falling.Also get new uniforms as their current uniforms are torn and untidy. Workmanship is decent although there could be improvement in product knowledge and demonstration once installed.

I have recently dealt with Precision doors on behalf of my client. I cannot begin to express my total disappointment at their performance. They do not communicate with you, they make appointments and dont pitch, they dont apologise and could not be bothered with sorting out any of their mistakes. The owner of the company is totally disinterested and leaves incompetent staff to try and answer for him. I am so furious with the manner in which they have treated me and in turn my client. I will never recommend them nor deal with them again and if Google did not insist on a star rating they would get a minus rating from me. Wendy Watson

Guys, stay far away from this company. Their installation is horrific and they do not come back to rectify. Owner avoids calls. No service once they take your money.

This has to be the worst company to deal with! I paid upfront to have my doors repaired and it took them months to come and do the work. Then a few months later the doors have broken again and I have to start the whole process again and pay again. The owner never returns calls. Very dishonest people.

If there was something less than 1 I would give them. Its been a week of unkept promises. Theyve failed to attend to their workmanship. Its a disgrace. . I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

The worst after sales service in Durban. Suresh is arrogant and reguses to take or return calls. Once they have been paid you will never hear from him again. Reporting them to Consumer watch on East Coast radio as a final resort.

Many thanks to Suresh and his amazing staff at Precisiion. Fantastic product installed at a price that nobody could come close to...Its been 2 years since installation and it still looks brand new. The staff are always ready to help with my queries and attend to problems timeously. Thank you.

Precision doors undertook work to replace and rebuild our front gates as well as install our electric garage doors.The installation of the garage doors went without incident but I certainly cannot say the same for the front wooden gates...Firstly, the design of the gates did not match our previous original gates - they were way off. The wood that has been used is of such a poor quality the hydraulic opening arms have managed to pull the bolts right through the gave on many occasions and on 1 occasion damaging my vehicle badly. The wood has been stained to look like the higher quality of wood that my previous gates were made from.The gates are out of alignment, warped from moisture exposure and now do not close properly leaving a nice gap for suspecting criminals to see trough or gain access through leverage of some sorts.We have called Precision on many occasion and they have responded to few of our calls and have visited the premises twice and promised to correct the issues but they have not.Precision Doors is not a company of integrity and honour and I would advise anyone to stay well clear of them and to rather use a more reputable company with a good history.

Trying to get service for 2 weeks. Promises to come out to fix a faulty door they installed. I called everyday for a week the lady who answers the phone, Naheema promises to send someone out each time and never does.

They only do domestic doors guys.
