Worst customer service ever! Dont bother calling in as they wont answer at all even after trying for 4 days. They read the WhatsApp messages but completely ignore them?? Honestly you will have a better chance trying to get hold of a Telkom or Post office service agent than these clowns who get paid for who knows what. You would think during these tough economic times people would jump at any business opportunity...clearly not.
