Service is wonderful! Staff are friendly and professional. I had an issue with the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller and I sent it here for a repair. The controller was fixed within a week and the price was quite affordable. The guy even explained in detail what he had to do to fix the controller which I appreciate. I highly recommend!

But Im clearly standing in front of the product Im interested in with 5 staff members siting 3 meters away just look and laugh and walk past. One of the best gaming shops Ive been too, they have a wide range of games for different consoles and the staff there are very helpful. Terrible warranty... A week old headset jack plug broke..... And they cant do anything... Best to buy from proper accredited stores

Very unfriendly staff young kids who just ignore you when you walk in seems like its a burden to them to help anybody and theres a kid there with blue hair behind the counter did his best to ignore me when I tried to greet.
