I think Nuvo Italia should change its name to Nuvo China. I bought a lounge suite which at the time was the top of the range. Advertised in magazines and so fought. I questioned if the the suite was genuine leather and was re affirmed that the complete set was. I recently learnt from the owner Mohomed that it has two different types of leather. Clearly one of the two types is the peeling type????Never again will I buy from Nuvo China

Their online platform doesnt have much details on their products, when you call theres no answer, you get a pre-recorded voicemail thats not audiable enough. When you send them a whatsapp message they just read it without acknowledgement and they never respond.

Customer service is very poor. Once you pay for goods, there no further updates on delivery dates and times and when promises are made, they are never kept. Not only that, theres no coming back to the customer to explain why promised delivery couldnt be made. Office telephone number listed on the website rings without an answer; whatsapp number doesnt give much joy either. So, once you place an order, its all downhill from there - worst customer experience.
