I placed an order on 1Feb, was promised delivery of my piece of furniture after 6- 8 weeks. After 6 weeks, the item delivered to the store in Springfield had the incorrect dimensions. I then waited for another item of furniture to be made up. Four weeks later, a 2nd item had been made up, this time, incorrect dimensions and colour. I gave them a 3rd chance, 3 weeks later, I walked into the store to confirm if the item was what I ordered., the manager Tania was absolutely rude, stating that I was paying less than the value of the item. Tania insinuated that I was incorrectly quoted and the difference would have to be paid by the salesman. I did not draw up the quote?? Tania lacks professional amongst staff and customers. She offered no apology but inappropriate remarks ,such a poor reflection on the company.

Excellent quality of furniture but people beware of their refund policy. You could lose 10% of your money even if you didnt take any goods out of the store. You might not get a refund at all. Be careful.
