Beautiful furniture and there is a lot of variety to choose from. They offer a good customer service.

Salesperson had good customer skills .the store was in a good state. Reasonable prices too pity they couldnt allow us to mix n match chairs which we liked with the dining table of our choice

Undermining staff, worst turnaround time- Infact there is none whatsoever, you call countless times for an update on your complaint & they always tell you someone is not available to attend your issue. They are surely delaying things so that my warranty expires whereas I have been there countless times requesting assistance.

Bradlows at Umgeni does not care about their services as I lay by a dinning room suite that they sold and never even bothered to tell me that they sold it and their excuse is that you not garenteed to get what you paid for as they have a right to sell it. They never bothered informing me even and i had to call them to query when its getting delivered three days after payment was made. I went in and the manager assured me that i will be refunded in three days and its now going on to the second week and not even one call to inform me what is going on with my refund.They say they will call back and never do. DO NOT BUY THERE AS YOU THINK YOU GONNA GET WHAT YOU PAYING FOR BUT THEY WILL SELL YOUR STUFF AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT YOU AGAIN.
