What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with u-craft couches Michelle via whatsapp with my 100s of questions. She was always pleasant and professional responding almost immediately. Travelling from Empangeni I decided to pop into the factory shop to make a final decision on a suite for my home and I am so glad to have gone there.We met an incredibly friendly employee Iqbal who advised on different types of fabric etc negotiated a great deal for us. We were then handed over to Josh the business owner, had a truly down to earth conversation with him. Appreciative of our business and already agreeing to deliver this Sunday the 26th.They decided to fast track my order and included a free ottoman and free delivery for us. This is service you would never get in all the big stores for the price we are paying. The couches we sat on were sturdy and so comfortable of high quality. I am glad to have supported local business and especially U-craft couches. We definitely will be back. We will add photos once the couches are delivered. Very poor service its been over 5 months now and I still havent received my ottomans from this company I have made calls to them and to this date I have not received any information regarding the matter, the guy I spoke to was very rude and would not do business with them again, I paid the full amount for my couches with no problem and the full service was not carried out by them.. I would not recommend them at all
