Had a custom made headboard made by these guys. What poor workmanship, let alone the after service. I have phoned them on numerous occasions, they never return your calls, and keep on promising, with no delivery. They joined the base to the headboard, making it impossible to move the bed, buttons are so unevenly distributed, staples visible all around, drawer fell off the hinge, the 1 day. They even left the place so untidy, I had screws sunk into my carpet. Seems like they built the set, just by trial and error. Even had a bathroom cabinet made by them, the finishes just suck. Would never recommend them.

They have very nice couches and furniture but the service from the lady at the reception desk is terrible. I needed wardrobes and I chose the material, sent her a picture of the design and gave her the measurements. All she had to do was to send me the quotation back and she never did, ended up taking my business elsewhere. I will not be coming back regardless of how beautiful their furniture is

Was sold the most uncomfortable lounge suite and after sales service has been non existent. Nizaam has been dishonest and has ignored requests to fix the poorly manufactured lounge suite.Rather support reputable brands and companies instead of throwing money down the sink with NK designs. (292 Jan Smuts Highway). they also have a habit of moving premises to avoid facing irate and unhappy customers.
