I called Derick on the 15Feb 2021 to place an order for Roses an chocolates . I had to ph repeatedly to check if he got his flowers from suppliers. Finally at 4pm the flowers was sent off . I requested a pic . He said he will send me which he never did. Later that eve my friend posted a pic and to my astonishment I saw it was not what I had ordered. No Roses, no chocolate. I tried phning on the 15 and 16Feb he never return my call.On the 16th I called the landline no. He heard my voice and cut the call. All I needed was an explanation I paid for an order so why was it not delivered. I find this very unprofessional on his part. Not even an apology. Very Disappointed.

I have dealt with April love for over 10 years and i can say and also say I have recommend them to a lot of clients and friends. Saddly the service has gone down during the years . I have recently sent for a quote for a function and after 3 emails no response. It was a good deal so I have got no idea how such a wonderful business like this can go down like this .... just saying.
