The selvan boards purchased was of very poor quality, though its cheaps the sales person should have advised the customer , on returning for a better quality they still insisted for 10% handling charges, we decided to cancell completely and went elsewhere , the white guy says that his headoffice is in Pinetown and that its there rule. He handed me a business card, when calling the number he answers the call himself, highly devious and poor business ethics.Will never recommend this company gor after sales service and advise on products.

We had the same issue Mariekie! We bought expensive top of the range Kronopol. With 20 year factory warranty....until the door it turns out. Boards are sliding, corners chipping. Quantum keeps trying to dodge responsibility, Kronopol in Poland keeps pointing at quantum, quantum claims Kronopol does not replace it. We are taking legal action. Warranty means warranty.

We had someone install floors from boars that came from this company. The boards were faulty, but they refused to replace the boards!

Nice people, terrible products.
