Great gym and facilities. Due to covid they have limited the number of machines/ equipment. One bench press rack, two squat racks, two Smith machines, and limited treadmills and other machines. You may have to wait to use or do something else before you can use the racks.

Its big and spacious! It has all the equipment you need, especially if you enjoy lifting weights. Its much bigger than hillcrest virgin active, it also has a much larger variety of gym equipment. It has everything you need, and if you want a protein bar or Amino Acid energy drink before you hit your gym session, the supplement shop is open till quite late.

Good facilities.pleasant training environment. Some reception staff need some customer service training tho.

Awesome shop always so festive with everything possible available for such a small shop they have the biggest variety of health foods and healthier options available at a great price even if you vegan they have many different options 😀

We moved from VA Hillcrest (a premier club) to the Kloof branch because it was closer. Love the new club, friendly staff great machines and free weights. The only gripe is their class space is very limited in comparison. Not much they can do however

To be honest, I liked this one more than the one in the Cape!The staff is very friendly and helps you with whatever you need with a pleasure.The gym is a kids-friendly place. For the smaller ones there is a safe area with a lady taking care of the process))You can also find a person who will train your kids in the pool for extra payment.Gym is big and well equipped.You can find sauna, shower, dressing area there.I was enjoying it.I take a star off because my Victoria Secret bra was stolen from the changing room..Shame..

Signed up to via Central Sales for the Kloof branch in KZN. Visited the branch to finalize my membership. Thandeka, really could not be bothered. Staff have no idea of the device or the device charge you are paying for, all you literally get is shrugged shoulders and rolled eyes. Ask for a sales or club manager, none on site, a promised phone call, still waiting. New member, think you would be showed around the facilities or some level of introduction. Nothing other than if you want we will show you around. As if you are doing me a favour. That team could not get me out the door faster. Kloof had and absent uninterested team, who dont know their product, couldnt care about the customer and no management presence. Then you get told you should not of signed up with central sales.....guess of they dont get the comm, then you are a second grade customer.

Quick entry procedures during the pandemic - sanitisers/ cleaning staff on standby at various points. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Its a bit out dated, also doesnt have disability access which is a bit old school.They need an update really bad.

Management unable to solve serious problems and very rude customer service at the front desk by a particular staff member. Some members train without a mask and are not reprimanded whilst others are always pushed and forced to adhere. Unfair.

A rural area with good and welcoming people. The braai was quality meat. I really enjoyed visiting the area.

THEIR AWESOME STAFF.....I was there on a weekend and saw the way they helped a disabled lady and her baby girl get in the pool with a lift and watch over her .....lump in throat stuff ..such care and concern ...well down guys ....I find them great ....happy ..friendly ...and welcoming....great place to get your fitness level up ...

Cozy gym. Not too busy on a Sunday, although on my visit there wasnt any water from the steam room water pipe, had to use the tap outside the steam room. Upgrade the steam room maybe.

They dont put the aircon on over weekends. Even in the middle of Durban summer. You really would expect more for the insanely high membership fees.

This gym is fairly small. The equipment on offer is decent. The facilities are in dire need of an upgrade however. The showers and steam room are very dated and rather awkward to navigate through.

Im very happy here. Its never too busy that its unusable; there is a funky bridge that passes over the pool and the staff are always tremendously friendly.The kids zone is sufficient to keep kids entertained and my son loves going to the gym. Theyve recently upgraded their equipment which is a welcome improvement to their old equipment.If it had some internet stations and/or some nearby Kauai or Vida e Cafe (for the convenience of cashing in your vouchers) it would have received 5 stars.Oh, and parking is a nightmare because the shopping centre just really doesnt have sufficient parking at all.

Great local Gym, it pretty quite most of the time so there isnt a wait for machines when training. Most of the machines are outdated but are well maintained. There are a number of class each day from swimming, to spinning that are well attended.

Awesome gym! They recently upgraded the equipment, machines and weights, so its even better now.Very friendly staff too!

Machines constantly out of order and just left that way, air conditioning set to freezing and the music the last few nights has been terrible. Would be great if management actually did what they were employed to do and attend to faults. Reception and cleaning staff are lovely though and can not be faulted.

5 star fitness centre, usually gets very busy peak time

Just an average virgin gym. old equipment etc. the monitors on some of the equipment dont work. it realy just serves as a convenient gym. nothing exciting.

Needs biometric fingerprint recognition for entry, being forced to carry around a gym card in 2017 is ridiculous. Its generally really clean and staff are rather helpful. Machines maintained well.

Lovely club, sometimes parking is an issue though.

Used to be a member for 8 years but as soon as you are 18 , premiums increase 10 fold and the service is poor.
