Ive asked them to remove my number since I no longer work at the company the alarm system is intended for and I apparently spoke to a supervisor who removed my number yet I still receive calls. Their systems also go off randomly, take weeks to fix and dont keep to their scheduled dates. Completely incompetent, rather use Blue Security or any other security company.

They are unprofessional. Have had many issues with them in the past from poor response times with armed response, lying rude operators, etc. f you have a query and leave a message for someone to get back to you - good luck - you will have to make a few more calls yourself before finding help as no one returns calls. My husband left a message for someone from accounts to call us about 2 weeks ago.... still waiting. Most recent incident - my mum who the account belonged to has recently passed on. Account details for the monthly debit order was changed mid November already. Today they debited her account despite being given new banking details. So sick of unprofessional incompetent people ! Considering moving to a company that will respect loyalty. My mum has been with Mzansi since they were Safe Electronics. What a waste !

They lie about everything, comes to your house and just lie, please dont use this company I paid R1200 for my system so I want to cancel, the guy said its a rent to own, but clemmy the salesman said its ours and its a month to month contract, then debited extra took so long to pay back, dont inform increase in monthly fee, charged for radio link fee of R300 every year and R285 yearly fee, so they just rip you off!!!!!!!!

The administration department is very very poor. Its seems that no one cares about invoicing clients correctly. I had to beg Mzansi for proper invoices. A month ago i requested feedback for my permises but no one followed up with me. This company lists you automatically with Transunion with no notice. Invoices are issued late and incorrect. Sign offs for lock ups get mislaid by the staff.The only pro active person i have dealth with is Anesh. Within a call he took my message and followed up properly.

They are not professional, Ive done my AR but hasnt appeared at Psira
