Had the worse service, asked for help in deeper explanation, no assistance, asked for a form, took almost 3 weeks to get, now in the end, I lost almost 20% of my investment due to staff negligence when I asked to assist with my portfolio switch. I don’t recommend them at all! What’s the point of having a financial advisor when they don’t do their job or assist us with what is asked of them? I have dealt with far better service and responsible financial advisor! But then again, I recommend everyone to do their own investments privately, look into it, and don’t go through any financial advisors as with my case they didn’t assist when I asked them to which caused me to lose almost 20% of my investments!
