Absolutely atrocious. Approved the finance twice, kept me waiting, wouldnt contact the dealership, wouldnt verify the loan, didnt respond to emails, and ultimately cost me the sale of my car. Joke.

Very slow on admin, their system doesnt link, we had to go back twice to see whats happening with the documents that were uploaded because they werent showing in the system when we called their call centre.
