How I wish one could leave a review in the form of a voice-note! Then I could fully share the anguish I felt in my recent encounter with Action Bolt. I walked into Action Bolt at approx 4.25pm. Reception told me flatly We are closed. I pleased that I just needed one length of thread bar, for which I would pay cash. I added that it was not yet 4.30pm - their advertised closing time. Long story short, I was fobbed off from end to end while the SALES staff grumbled (quite loudly) about closing as though I was not even there.When it became quite clear that they would NOT be serving me, I put the thread bar down and walked out. They cared not a jot how far I may have traveled to get to them. All they needed to do was CLOSE.This used to be my go-to store for fasteners. But I will now frequent Action Bolt when I have no option. I can see from other reviews that the company can easily sustain the negative reviews - Management makes no attempt to respond or even reach out.If anybody wants to start a fastener company that treats customers like human beings, I am 100% game. The fastener business MUST be that lucrative to enable staff (and Management!!) to not give a damn about customer service.No stars for Action Bolt

I waited to collect my stuff that I paid cash for nearly 2 hours, very disappointed with the service, not only me, 4 others had the same issue, and the despatched guy just closed the door on our face

My experience was of very offish and unhelpful staff. I had to walk out without what I needed because I wasn’t attended to even after a long wait. Very disappointing.

Terrible service - not wiling to help and find the bolt i was looking for was eventually told to go to a spare shop apparently their bolts are not for automotive application in anyway. Natal bolt and nut a tiny shop had exactly what i was looking for. For a company to be proud of being under Wurth group please upgrade your sales staff.

Such friendly and informed staff, they have so many nuts, bolts and accessories.

Great range of products. Service and systems outdated. If you are going to shop here bring lunch a pillow. You will wait on average over an hour till you leave. I would suggest if you are desperate to shop here, order a week before.

Watched this company go from one of the best to the worst over 10 years. Each time you think the service cant get much worse...then it does. Definitely give a miss, they will charge you what they think they can get away with charging you and not the best price. Unless you phone around for prices then you cant rely on them giving you a good deal.

Definitely not recommended for walk in purchases. I waited for stainless pop rivets to be picked from the warehouse for over an hour, and then to be told that there was no stock. A total waste of valuable time. I should have heeded the notice advising clients that picking from the warehouse will take a minimum of 1 hour. (Believe it or not)I cannot comment on the service on industrial orders, but in my opinion the cash sales and retail side should be jacked up to satisfy walk in clients or be closed down. Action Bolt wont be seeing me again for long while.

So unprofessional! Was put through to Robin Preamdeo and he told me that he is busy with clients and that he hasnt checked his email. wow!!!!Am I not also a client????

A leader in fastener wholesale supply, for all those who waited for a long time, a company supplying wholesale would usually deliver to the wholesale clients on or before time, Action Bolt does also strive to do this for all its account clients, and has opened a walk in shop to try and assist everyone that needs assistance. To complain about walking in and waiting is sort of like walking into resturant and ordering take-aways, and after 5 minutes getting upset.

Great service and excellent pricing and they do much more than just nuts and bolts. They have brilliant quality tools and anti corrosion products that will save you lots of money on maintenance
