Ordered 20 mins before closing. The store got 4 things wrong with my order. Wrong flavor chicken, didnt give salad, didnt give cool drink, didnt give roll with extra 1/4 chicken ordered. Store was closed by the time we realized this. The next day we complained and the store manager made it up by replacing the entire order, for free.

This store has fast lost its ability to correctly do anything.Ive visited the Umbilo branch where we were stunned the the delightful food and comparatively worlds apart from the Phoenix branch.Ive ordered deliveries from the Phoenix branch a few times now and each experience has been uniquely crazy.Today the delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes with a BBQ burger for my kid and one hot burger.I phoned after an hour of my original call to inquire and was told that its on its way.The driver phoned an hour and a half later from a complex down the road asking for the flat number, after correcting him which a huge landmark next door, he still goes 3 houses away. Eventually after getting his attention, he comes up looking high with cold food and the wrong cold drink and says that the store had run out of coke.I phoned the store and the manager Kevin is annoyed, as if Im wrong to complain about this. This guys attitude and manner is frustrating, he has no regret or concern but only a sign that hes not responsible for the actions or control of his staff.The delivery according to him could only be corrected after an hour and a half because they have other customers to tend to. Instead of getting their screw ups right, theyd rather go on messing up.When asked why the food took so long and is cold, the manager responds with he doesnt know because the driver was given the food. When pushed on why the order is wrong, he asks if hes the one who took the order?!This is all the more frustrating as it seems like the manager has no control of his shop or staff.Went and got something else for my kid cos with this kind of service, if the hot chicken doesnt make you red in the face, the staffs attitude definitely will.On a previous order for delivery, the person who answered put down the phone onto the counter because they were afraid to take down the wrong address again for the day. I waited on the phone listening to the manager and waitress argue until she walked away and he took the phone. When asked what happened, he replied he doesnt know.This store has serious management issues and lacks all around. The wraps are dry and compared to the other branch looks like they put the bare minimum into it. The food used to be decent but as of late the food taste, quality and standard has tremendously fallen. Compared to their competitors, if price vs quality is anything to go by, then this store really paints the picture of you get what you pay for... which is garbage, outta Pedros at Phoenix Plaza.

Pedros chicken burgers.... Best days when I dont need to cook cause hubby is bringing Pedros for dinner... Although the wait was very long but definitely worth it....(specials produce alot of customers and longer waiting times) The aroma... Is so tantalizing. Bought the Happy Meal from Pedros Phoenix Plaza on Saturday. Ordered the extra hot...it was not hot at all. The skin was not even done! I think due to the demand the food is not being prepared to its full quality.

Ordered giblets and rolls for lunch, was divine. Delivery was fast and on time. Never had a bad experience at pedros Phoenix or any branch for that matter the countless times Ive ordered from them. Best grilled chicken around.

This is the first time eating at Pedros with my family and the customer service is really bad. It seems like the management team have no order over the restaurant in the sense where the manager needs to tell the workers to clean up the tables. The branch the the phoenix plaza should consider adding 2 more tables since these is space. The environment should be more customer friendly and they should stop playing the music they normally do. This feedback is specifically for the phoenix plaza branch. The management need to catch a wake up if not employ other people who are fit for managing a restaurant and giving good customer satisfaction. I am a very dissatisfied customer and I will not recommend anyone to eat at the Pedros branch in the phoenix plaza.

I had ordered combo meal at 16h30 was told will be delivered by 6h00Was delivered on time .Upon checking the meal found there where no rolls or garlic rolls which comes with the combo I also ordered 2 extra burgers was not in the delivery called a staff member who had promised to rectify asap 1hr 30mins while my family awaiting to have supper later I called back still awaiting not recieved I will never support pedros again service is pathetic does anyone know what customer service is? Dont we recieve receipts for purchases as I requested one the delivery person said he couldnt provide me with one

My experience at the Phoenix Plaza branch has been 1of the best so far. The management there especially a guy by the name Pravin has been very helpful and he seems to be the only one who can solve any problem encountered by customers. The food is excellently prepared by your experienced staff. Pedros has become our most favorite restaurant for my family and I. We have become a weekly regular there. Keep it up Pedros Phoenix Plaza.

Food was prepared very quickly and overseen by polite and friendly staff. I had interaction with the manager Pravin and he was professional and well spoken. He briefed us on all the services your store provides including the call and collect process it works to my advantage which saves time. He handled other customers situations with such expertise and ease. He is surely an asset to your company. Well Done to his team. Expecting same continuous service from this team.

It was not busy at the store ,i was 3rd in the que.The teller did say the meal will be ready in 20 min.So i took a stroll to Shoprite and got back to pick up in 20.Well the meal was ready on time.Applaud 4 that.The only thing i didnt witness is a friendly staff cos the lady just handed it over.She didnt say Thank you customer and please call again.I feel you can improve on customer service.

Very poor service. No control with orders. No social distancing in the store. The manager stays on the phone continuosly while customers are screaming for their orders. Its a shame cos they serve really good food but the customer service sucks.

Placed an order at 3:20pm and didnt receive it till now 6:01 poor service and cashier as a attudie please sort out as Im a regular customer spoke to the manager he was more professional

Didnt eat the food yet coz Ive attempted calling and placing my order for pick up on 5 different occasions over the past 2 months, but either the call cuts whilst speaking to a person with very poor telephone etiquette or they told me my order will take 1.5hrs to be prepared for delivery. On occasions where the call cuts I tried again but no answer. Also, the days I called werent paydays or weekends. The other restaurants I ended up eating from, i.e Nandos, Barcelos and Africaz, were not busy at all.Seems this place is not prepped for telephone orders. Im sure Im not the only customer they lost due to this.

Pathetic , ordered a giblets and roll because if I had to order the chicken I will have to wait an hour . Only to get home to see I was given livers which I dont eat . Try calling the store and holding on for 30 minutes no one answers. For a new store really pathetic if u cant give customers their correct order especially when we are tired and coming from work .

No delivery option....and they dont take orders via phone....its 2020 move with the times. Covid 19 didnt teach you guys to operate differently....less human contact ....safer it is for the public and your staff.

I placed a order for delivery , it took about 2hours plus to reach me, whist waiting I phoned to enquire why my order was taking so long, one of the stuff over the phone was swearing me over the phone , this was the worst service I ever experienced from a takeaway
