The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is exciting with an air of adventure. The rooms are cleverly designed with clues often hidden in plain sight. The mysteries are challenging but even if you should need hints they are ready to assist. All in all an experience well worth repeating with hosts you feel you could have been friends with forever. Thanks for a top class experience.

Our group has escaped on many occasions but this was the best experience by far, the host was exceptional and the activities became more and more engaging.

The experience is mind-blowing and really worth it

What a letdown. This escape room has been arranged without any love or passion whatsoever. There is no story line, no introduction, no point to the whole exercise. It is located right next door to a laser tag arena, so screeching kids are the soundtrack to the experience.You can only use half the objects in the room, because the room doubles as another escape room, “part two” of the first one.Unlike any other escape room we have ever been to, there was nobody watching or guiding us. Instead, they gave us a laptop with clues on it to click on when we felt like it. Unfortunately those clues were very basic and unhelpful in themselves. We had already worked out what the laptop told us, and there was no actual person who would have cared.The props, albeit new, don’t work and fall apart. Together with the useless clues they take the last bit of fun out of this sad and frustrating experience.But the worst part of it came at the end, when none of the employees could answer any of our questions. One of them actually worked for the laser tag next door and said he had no clue; the other one told us she was not at liberty to reveal anything, but we could come back for a “second attempt at half price”. Really?!She did tell us that she knew nothing about escape rooms and would never want do one herself. Surprised? We weren’t.

I booked the escape house for my daughter and neices. They thoroughly enjoyed it, and although didnt complete it, couldnt stop chatting about it. They wanna go bak and finish before year is out. Seemed like loads of fun

I have been in many escape rooms around the world, some better than others, but most of them had a minimal level of passion to the experience. Not this one. It feels like this room has been created solely as a side income with minimal effort. Starting with the weird combination of a laser tag next door, continuing the disengaged and uninterested staff (there is no game master, only a laptop with preset clues) , and finally with the outragous demand that we revisit the room in order to get the answers to the puzzles we havnt solve (Im surprised they didnt asked to charge us per answer) . The room itself was nothing to write home about as well, and the lack of love and caring made the puzzles frustrating rather than challenging. Overall, a very dissapointing experience.

Did the Da Vinci escape room. Such clever ideas. Cant wait to try the others!!!
