I had a glass engraved for my sisters birthday here last year.When I arrived, there was a waiting list so I was advised to leave it behind, which I did.I just need my sisters name written in cursive.However, when I collected the glass, I was not happy with the size and cursive font, which was disappointing as I had just spent money on a quality glass.The customer service was good, even though my experience was not the best.
