Dr never once requested a scan of my thyroid even though I had a huge growth, only limited blood work and random physical tests over almost a period of 2 years seeing him every 6 months- to then tell me I have an autoimmune disease. I did not return as I did not feel he was paying enough attention. Turns out I have stage 3 papillary thyroid cancer and If he had followed the correct protocols I could have caught this hopefully earlier years ago when I saw him. A simple ultrasound would have shown something drastically wrong. I do not recommend using Dr Omar.
