Our cat got stuck on our neighbors balcony. The neighbor refused to be of any assistance so we called the fire department. They arrived within the hour, carefully climbed over balconies to retrieve our cat and got her home safely. We are so grateful to the warm friendly faces that arrived and helped. Definately a 5 star from me!
