Very efficient staff. They are helpful and friendly. The two ladies do their jobs with pride. Just make sure you have all the documents on the checklist, and you are in and out in a few minutes. Excellent service.

I always dread any bureaucratic procedures, but the ladies at the embassy are always very helpful. My endeavors to apply for a visa became stressful due to my situation, but they were very friendly and patient in helping me complete all documentation.If you are early you will find enough parking inside the gate. I recommend using the booking system online for an appointment, as sometimes one can end up waiting very long if there is a queue.

They should work in government department of South Africa, I never had an appointment and I was sorted in 15mins. They are typical German, professional, prompt, efficient. Germans are not famous for being friendly but they get the job done. 10/10 ;))))

Excellent service from the 2 ladies who were manning the front desk! Amazing how much work only the 2 staff were able to do and still keep a smile on their faces!
