Always super friendly when i pick up packages...great service is hard to come by but clearly takealot has shown they are leaders in customer service. All the ladies at that pick up point are amazing and super friendly.

Super effective system of collection. The lady at the collections has a high work rate; you get your parcel/s in no-time-at-all. Parking space is limited inside the fence. There are bays outside. Take care; potential hi-jacking spot while you struggle with your parcels and unlocking the vehicle.

The lady at the counter was helpful. The heater was large and difficult for me as a 70 year old man to carry. There was no one to assist with carrying it. Fortunately there was kind client who carried it to my car.

This method of delivery is both clever and excellent. Goods are delivered to the pickup point for a very small charge and the lady who works there is very friendly and efficient. Other online stores would do well to take note.

The service is very quick and with most of the process being electronic you can usually expect to be in and out within 5 minutes. Also very quick to open the gate. My only issue is with the parking at the complex. Sometimes the bays are either closed or a truck is taking up the space.

Stolen ItemMy return was collected by a Takealot driver on the prescribed return date. I then recieved an email saying my return was cancelled. After almost a month of phoning call centres and depot managers I was told that my item was not collected. I will never trust takealot and I advise anyone who uses this site to take pictures as proof so that you do not get scammed as I have been. I still have not received communication from any supervisor to date (almost a month). This entire process has been draining and frustrating. From my side TAKEALOT ARE THIEVES.

This takealot pick up point is efficient. Theres no waiting time. Just give them your order number. Name and they bring the parcel and done. In less then 5 minutes.

They didnt give me all my parcels from the same order and I had to drive back to go and get if after a number of days. Luckily it made it in time for Fathers day

As a first time Takealot experience it was simple and efficient. The service was excellent and I was out in 10 minutes. Not difficult to find if Google Maps got their most direct routes correct. It is in a safe industrial area with factory entrances as wide as roads every 100m. The turn left/right options can be misleading and yes I did get lost. Better signage is essential because it is inside a business block.

I have visited this site on a handful of times and my overall experience has been good. On more than one occasion, the staff have gone the extra mile to make sure I didnt waste a trip and Im a happy customer. My most recent experience has made me give 5 stars to the branch. Whilst the I.T system was having some issues, the staff at the branch did their best to ensure that I was able to receive the package and they verified my identity to make sure all was in order. I usually use this pick up point when Im in a hurry to get my package and Ive also used it for returns and with both scenarios Ive been pleased. The site could do with some extra signage but once you know the place, it becomes quite convenient. Def does the job. Thanks to the staff for helping me out on more than one ocassion!

Absolutely the worst Takealot depot in the world. No signage, then their Google map directions are wrong a well.And finally, when you do find it after driving around for 30 min in a really dodgy industrial area at 6.30 pm at night,1, It is in a locked compound,2, but you cant get in, the intercom doesnt work, they dont answer their phones,3, so you have to wait for someone to come out and then sneak through the gate before it crushes your carWhen you finally get in the staff were super apologetic, but by then its too late.Management needs to do something....urgently

There is no signage outside to indicate presence. The staff didn’t welcome me and asked me if I knew why they where sweeping the floor, when I answered because it’s dirty they said cause they only open at 10AM and it was 9:48. Then I pointed out there was no notice of that all in messages received and after going through each message on my phone went and got my package which was 2 weeks late. Don’t ever pickup it’s a waste of time and the people here hate their job.

Only frustration still needs finishing signage etc, they only moved in a week ago, otherwise excellent service.

Its a bit of a hole but beats waiting for a courier. Just order and collect. Easy.

Dodgy looking spot - very dirty with litter lying all over, potholes all over the parking lot. Customers are mostly queueing outside and, in my case, having to squeeze between the dirty building and an even dirtier truck.Id rather pay for a courier.

My order has been delayed twice , First I received a SMS saying we will contact you as we could not find your address, but takealot has delivered before countless times ??? no one contacted me i had to phone in to find out what happened, they then rescheduled and yet again cancelled on the delivery day .
