I need assistance with cancelling my membership, I have sent an email but got noresponse.Update: They called me to ask verify that indeed I want to cancel and I confirmed and gave them my reasons.To my surprise, they still attempted to debit my account a month after I requested to cancel my subscription. Very shady operation.
